STOCK REORDER CALCULATOR
Your next buying decision, clearer.
Start with the example products or replace them with your own. Changes update the plan automatically. Data lasts only while this page is open; export your inputs before leaving.
Input guide & CSV format
Use on-hand units before reservations. Reserved units are excluded from available stock. Daily sales is your expected average; use the same unit for all quantities. Each product supports one incoming delivery, arriving in the number of days entered (0 means today, before demand). Lead time is the time a new order placed today takes to arrive. Safety stock is in units. MOQ is the minimum order quantity; carton size rounds an order up to whole cartons.
For several deliveries, use the earliest confirmed delivery here and review the later ones separately. Import replaces the table only after every row passes validation. Export inputs provides a reusable CSV template. Maximum 100 products and 1 MB per CSV. Currency and target cover are page settings and are not included in the input file.

How the calculations work
Available stock = on hand − reserved. Reorder point = daily sales × lead days + safety units. Days of cover uses available stock only, before incoming deliveries.
We project demand at a constant daily rate and add the incoming delivery on its due day. A stockout before a new order could arrive is marked “Stockout risk”; falling below safety stock over that period is marked “Order now”. Otherwise the product is “Stock sufficient”. Zero-demand products are marked for review.
The suggested order restores stock to the target at the end of lead time + target cover days, including only deliveries due within that period. It also covers any safety-stock shortfall after the new order arrives. A positive quantity is rounded up for MOQ and carton size. Stockouts before the new order arrives require a separate action, such as expediting supply. Quantities are shown even for sufficient stock as a planning scenario; the status indicates urgency.
This is a planning estimate based on the inputs, not a live inventory system. It does not model seasonal demand, lost sales, supplier delays or multiple future deliveries. Check unusual sales patterns and actual supplier availability before purchasing.
