WORKING ACROSS THE UK
THE DETAIL.
THE BIGGER
PICTURE.
I'm Ali Karmand, an Amazon marketplace and e-commerce operations specialist in London.
With five years of UK digital-retail experience across Amazon Seller Central, eBay and WooCommerce, I connect listings, inventory planning, supplier coordination, order fulfilment and customer service.
My work includes Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, FBA shipments, product launches and process automation. Earlier operations and contracts roles in healthcare and development projects shaped how I coordinate people, resources and competing priorities.

01From product concept to marketplace brand
≈18,000 units / year
THE CHALLENGE
Bring a new CCTV camera brand to market with the product, identity, supply and listings working together.
MY CONTRIBUTION
I led research, brand design and technical specification, and managed the Amazon and eBay launch with supporting supply-chain work.
THE RESULT
The brand reached approximately 18,000 camera sales annually.
02Preventing avoidable returns
≈40% accepted an alternative
THE CHALLENGE
Some orders carried a known risk that the product would not suit the customer's needs.
MY CONTRIBUTION
I introduced targeted pre-dispatch messages explaining the issue and suggesting a more suitable product.
THE RESULT
Around 40% of the customers contacted accepted the alternative.
03Protecting margin through negotiation
$2.50 saved per unit
THE CHALLENGE
A proposed $6 supplier price increase would put pressure on product margin.
MY CONTRIBUTION
I challenged the increase through a structured negotiation based on the product and commercial relationship.
THE RESULT
The increase was reduced to $3.50, saving $2.50 per unit against the proposal.
