Different recorder channels, camera quantities and hard-drive sizes can create a long variation table. I built this extension to calculate those prices and assemble product SKUs from the options already in the grid.

Install the unpacked extension.

This is a manual installation for desktop Chrome. Downloading the ZIP does not install it automatically. Chrome on Windows and macOS does not offer a normal one-click install of self-hosted CRX packages.

Download and extract. Save the ZIP above and extract it to a permanent folder. Keep that folder after installation.
Open Chrome’s extensions page. Type chrome://extensions into the address bar.
Load the folder. Turn on Developer mode, select Load unpacked, and choose the extracted folder containing manifest.json. Review Chrome’s requested website access.
Refresh your variation editor. Open or reload a compatible eBay variation table. Configure the wizard, use Preview, and check the results on a small draft before using Run.

Managed browsers may restrict unpacked extensions. This package has no automatic update service. For a new release, replace the files in the same folder, click Reload on the extensions page, and refresh eBay.

Privacy and permissions

The extension runs on ebay.co.uk and ebay.com pages, including their frames. The reviewed code contains no analytics or external network requests. SKU preferences, including option-to-token mappings, are saved in eBay’s local browser storage. Price settings last for the current page.

The ZIP includes a full privacy policy and user guide. Avoid putting confidential information into SKU tokens.

Promotional input is optional. The formula is base ÷ (1 − input × 1.2 / 100), with input 0–83.33. Input 10 increases the base by approximately 13.64%. Leave it blank for no adjustment.

Built around practical operations.

eBay’s editor can change. Always review prices and SKUs before saving. The extension does not submit a listing, and SKU Undo only applies while the edited fields remain on the page.
